How do I know that my reservation is confirmed?
Once you've paid the deposit, We will reach out and confirm that your equipment has been reserved for the date requested.
What happens if I want to cancel my rental?
If your reservation is more than 3 weeks away at time of cancellation, we will refund your deposit in full. Cancellation after that will result in forfit of your deposit.
Are your rentals clean?
Yes! We clean our equipment after each rental. We guarantee our products to be clean every time!
Can I rent a tent and set it up myself?
We will allow you to set up the 10x10 and 10x20 Canopies yourself. Bigger tents require set up, due to the complexity.
Will you set up and tear down?
Yes, we can set up tents, tables and chairs. Let us know what all you would like us to set up, and we will include it in our quote.
